ICC Intellectual Property Policy
ICC has adopted the ITU-T/ITU-R/ISO/IEC Guidelines for Implementation of the Common Patent Policy (1 March 2007) as its patent policy.Rather than modify this document to make it specific to the ICC, the interpretations and clarifications here shall be applied.
