ICC Intellectual Property Policy

ICC has adopted the ITU-T/ITU-R/ISO/IEC Guidelines for Implementation of the Common Patent Policy (23 April 2012) as its patent policy.

Rather than modify this document to make it specific to the ICC, the interpretations and clarifications here shall be applied. This policy applies to all documents intended to be submitted for publication by ISO.

Any specification or other document that is not intended for ISO publication may be subject to a 90-day patent review period within ICC.
